We aim to process your returns within 1 week of receiving your item but may take up to 2 weeks during show season.

Wash in a normal wash, no higher than 30 degrees using a non-bio detergent, and leave to drip dry. For more information visit clothing care on our website.

Please do not wait until the start of the winter season to send back a product needing a repair. Get it to us at the end of the season, allowing us ample time to repair it. Repairs normally take between 2-4 weeks depending on the repair required.

We can offer larger or small items, however, there may be a slight lead time in creating them. If you require a different size, please contact a member of our team and we'll be happy to advice.
